At Ruhe Essence, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Products such as personal care items, cosmetics, food items, or hygiene products are non-returnable for health & safety reasons.

✅ Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment.
• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
